Positive Birth Flow educates and empowers women with critical knowledge about all their options during labor as well as techniques for making the experience more comfortable than they ever thought possible. By educating mothers and their partners about labor techniques, as well as by offering doula services, Positive Birth Flow enables women to have smooth deliveries that keep her and baby’s wellbeing as top priority.

Group Classes

Our Faith-based Childbirth Education classes equip you for a positive birth experience through breathing techniques, relaxation methods, visualization, and other practices that focus on the wellness of you and your baby. You will leave with a better understanding of your body, the birthing process and how to manage your physical and emotional wellbeing throughout labor.

Throughout the 5 weeks you’ll learn:

  • The stages of labor
  • Breathing techniques
  • How to work through your fears of birth and replace with positive expectancy
  • Relaxation and visualizations techniques for a positive birth experience
  • How to advocate for yourself in any birth setting
  • Birth companion prompts, comfort measures & more

I’ll walk you through ways to mentally, physically, and spiritually prepare for labor and birth at your own pace and on your own schedule.

Accelerated Classes

Keep calm and learn on. Even if your due date is less than 4 weeks away, you can still get the benefits of the complete Positive Birth Flow Childbirth Education course. Accelerated private sessions are available to ensure you are quickly prepared for your baby’s birthday.

Doula Services

I would love to be by your side to help you feel empowered and ready to give birth. As a doula, my job is to educate you and your birth companion, show you the power you and your body have, and be by your side throughout your prenatal, labor and postpartum journey. Beyond preparing you with tools and techniques in the weeks leading up to delivery, my overall goal is to help you feel excited, empowered, confident and ready to have a positive birth experience, know matter what that personally means to you.

Here’s what you’ll get:

  • Unlimited contact by phone, text & email for questions, information, support & encouragement
  • On call 24/7 starting at 37 weeks until the day you give birth
  • 5 Week Childbirth Education Class (optional)
  • Writing assistance for a confident & positive birth plan
  • Use of my labor comfort kit: My comfort kit includes but not limited to a tens unit, massage tool, fan & aromatherapy blends during labor
  • Unlimited support during labor until the birth of your baby
  • Pictures/video to capture the memories of your special day
  • A postpartum meeting to celebrate your birth story and provide resources if needed

Whether you are wanting an unmedicated or medicated birth, giving birth at a hospital, birthing center, or at home- I am here for you. Having a C-section or being induced? I can be by your side to support you too. Maybe you have no clue what you want, don’t know where to start and feel overwhelmed by all of the information and options being thrown at you? I can help.
